Your Legacy Foundation provides training and consulting on building relationships with your volunteers and donors, with the goal of helping the donors to identify and articulate their passions and, where appropriate, to fulfill their passions through philanthropy.
We train non-profit executives, staff and key advisors through our School of Transformational Philanthropy, and we coach and mentor non-profit organizations so they can maximize their potential by:
• Learning how to interact more effectively with board members, donors and volunteers. We can help you to move people from a point of just believing in the organization to the place where they are truly committed.
• Becoming more intentional in their preparation and approach, so gifting moves from token to significance.
• Learning how how to “enroll” others for their own reasons, instead of “selling.” This allows donors to become philanthropists
• Training staff, board & volunteers in ‘conviction conversation’ approaches, instead of ‘money-getting’ approaches.
